Carved stone relief depicting a heraldic composition composed of an oval shield bearing a stylised tree motif, surmounted by a bearded mask and enclosed within a decorative scroll border. The lower section includes a carved inscription referring to Ischitella, indicating a civic or municipal association.

The relief displays surface wear and weathering consistent with age and prior exterior architectural display. Conforming to late medieval stone carving traditions of southern Italy.
