A Large 18th Century Aubusson Tapestry

This is a large 18th century tapestry from Aubusson originally from a manor house in France. Featuring classical ruins with a lake, a bird and a dog surrounded by trees. This has been professionally re-backed and cleaned plus it has undergone a chamber treatment used by museums to eradicate any potential moth or insect infestation. Hung at the top with Velcro to avoid any distortion normally caused by the use of irregular hanging hooks. A large tapestry in good condition considering its age
